Free Easy Knit Afghans/Blankets Pattern for Home

Customize colors on this easy project to create the knit blanket of your dreams! Designed in Bernat Lattice, this classically checkered throw is created in simple garter stitch (knit every row). The first strip is knit independently, with subsequent strips worked in an easy join-as-you-go method which leaves zero seaming to do when complete. Drape it over furniture or layer a few blankets together for a rich, comfy look.
