Free Sewing Backpack to School Pattern

This is an intermediate sewing project that results in a sturdy, kid-size backpack. Sew with strong and durable Coats & Clark Dual Duty XP all-purpose thread. Choose bright colors and webbing and trim to accent the fabric.

• ½ yard (.46m) of cotton for lining Cotton batting.

• Piping or zipper foot for the sewing machine.
• 6" (15cm) of 1" (2.5cm) wide yellow webbing.
