Where do you ship?

We try our best to ship to all destinations where crafters like us are eager to get our yarns. We love how worldwide the love for our yarns is so if you don't see your country on the list please reach out to our Customer Care team here and so we can look into adding your country as a shipping option going forward.

We currently ship to:

  • United States (Contiguous), Alaska, and Hawaii
  • Canada (excluding Quebec)
What shipping methods are available?

USA (Contiguous) and Canada

Orders to the USA (Contiguous) and Canada are sent via Standard service. Expedited service is not available.

Alaska and Hawaii

All orders to Alaska and Hawaii are sent via UPS Ground service. Expedited service is not available.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

No, unfortunately we are no longer able to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Can I ship my order to multiple addresses?

No, we currently do not offer the option of shipping items within the same order to multiple addresses. All orders must ship to a single address. In the event that you require shipment to multiple destinations you must place a unique order for each shipping destination.

Will I be charged customs & duties when I receive my package?

If your order is shipping outside the Contiguous US and Canada, your shipment may be eligible for customs, duties and/or additional taxes depending upon the laws of your particular country. Yarnspirations does not collect any of these at the time of payment and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

How does your free shipping promotion work?

The Free Shipping promotion is only eligible for orders with shipping destinations within the Contiguous United States or Canada. The promotion does not apply to any order shipped to a different country, regardless of the billing address used for the order, and excludes case pack orders. The terms and conditions of this promotion are outlined below:

  1. Case pack products are excluded from all free shipping promotions on the website.
  2. If available, free standard shipping promotion applies only to shipping and handling expenses on orders over the specified amount of the promotion but excludes case packs. Promotion only applies to the order subtotal, excluding sales tax, placed anywhere within the website or through the Consumer Services Contact Centers.
  3. Free standard shipping promotion only applies to Standard Shipping. Promotion excludes Expedited Shipping and case pack products for which listed rates apply.
  4. Free standard shipping promotion only applies to delivery addresses within the Contiguous United States and Canada. Orders must ship to a single address.
  5. Free standard shipping promotion is not valid if items in an order are canceled, bringing the subtotal below the specific amount of the promotion.
  6. Promotion will be applied as a credit toward the shipping and handling fee.
  7. Consumers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred for returned items.
  8. Promotion not valid for cash or cash equivalent or towards previous purchases.
  9. Spinrite Inc. reserves the right to change or discontinue the free standard shipping promotion at any time without notice.
