Welcome to our no-needle Yarn Unicorn Horn tutorial! We have step-by-step instructions for this pretty and pink Halloween costume accessory. Supplies you’ll need: A headband with a wide enough base to support the horn. A styrofoam cone 1 ball each of pink and white Phentex Slipper and Craft yarn. Pipe cleaners (optional) White felt (not pictured) Hot glue gun Step 1 Wrap the cone from the narrow tip to the wide base, securing it with glue as you go. Don’t be too concerned with keeping it smooth, as the yarn texture adds interest! Step 2 Make sure you secure the tail end of yarn all along the edge of the wide base to keep it from unraveling! Step 3 Slowly wind the pink Phentex around the cone in a spiral, securing it with glue as you go. Step 4 Cover the headband with white crafting felt to create an anchor for the cone, then glue the unicorn horn to the headband. Add another piece of felt on the inside of the headband, and attach to the base of the horn (see below) . Step 5 Get creative with pipe cleaners and add bunny ears, a tiara or anything else you can think of! Voila! A fun and creative way to dress up your costume this Halloween, without needles!
