Shipping Policy

All orders shipped to addresses within the Continental United States or Canada can be sent via Standard or Expedited service. Expedited service is not available for orders shipped to international addresses outside of the U.S. and Canada.

If your order is shipping outside the Continental US and Canada, your shipment may be eligible for customs, duties and/or additional taxes depending upon the laws of your particular country. Yarnspirations does not collect any of these at time of payment and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

The Free Shipping promotion is only eligible on orders whose shipping destination is within the Continental United States or Canada. The promotion does not apply to any order shipped to a different country, regardless of billing address used for the order. All orders shipped to the United States totaling $60 USD or more before applicable taxes qualify for the Free Standard Shipping Promotion. All orders shipped to Canada totaling $75 CAD or more before applicable taxes qualify for the Free Standard Shipping Promotion. The terms and conditions of this promotion are outlined below:

1. If available, free standard shipping promotion applies only to shipping and handling expenses on orders over the specified amount of the promotion. Promotion only applies to the order subtotal, excluding sales tax, placed anywhere within the website or through the Consumer Services Contact Centers.
2. Free standard shipping promotion only applies to Standard Shipping. Promotion excludes Expedited Shipping, for which listed rates apply.
3. Free standard shipping promotion only applies to delivery addresses within the Continental United States and Canada. Orders must ship to a single address.
4. Free standard shipping promotion is not valid if items in an order are canceled, bringing the subtotal below the specific amount of the promotion.
5. Promotion will be applied as a credit toward the shipping and handling fee.
6. Consumers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred for returned items.
7. Promotion not valid for cash or cash equivalent or towards previous purchases.
8. Spinrite Yarns Online Inc. reserves the right to change or discontinue the free standard shipping promotion at any time without notice.

Yes, we currently ship to P.O. Box addresses within the United States and Canada only.

No, we currently do not offer the option of shipping items within the same order to multiple addresses.All orders must ship to a single address. In the event that you require shipment to multiple destinations you must place a unique order for each shipping destination.
