Absolutely! We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Yarnspirations. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) to us within 45 days of receipt for an exchange or refund of the purchase price (less shipping & handling charges).
2. How do I return an order?
If you are not satisfied with an item, simply return it in its original condition in the original packaging, within 45 days of receipt. We will apply a credit to your original form of payment.

3. Packages should be shipped through a traceable method. Shipping insurance is recommended. Please note that the return label is not prepaid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We do not accept C.O.D.

3. I have returned my item. How soon will I receive my refund?
Refunds on returned item(s) will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase and should appear as a credit in your account within 1-2 billing cycles.
