1. how to enter
The sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m.Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) on July 13, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. PST on July 26, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
The Sweepstakes consists of two prize periods:
- Week 1 Prize Period: July 13, 2026 through July 19, 2026
- Week 2 Prize Period: July 20, 2026 through July 26, 2026
Every purchase made during the Sweepstakes Period will automatically be entered to win.

The letter must include the entrant's name, mailing address, and a brief message explaining why they enjoy SPINRITE LP products.
By entering, all entrants accept these Official Rules. All Entries must be submitted manually. Automated Entries are prohibited and any use of automated devices or methods will result in disqualification.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
No purchase is necessary. A purchase will not increase the odds of winning
2. eligibility
To be eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes, entrants must be legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada and must have reached the age of majority in their state, province, or territory of residence as of July 13, 2026.
The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
- employees of SPINRITE LP;
- immediate family members of employees, including mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, and spouses, regardless of residence; and
- persons residing in the same household as an employee or immediate family member.
SPINRITE LP reserves the right to require proof of identity and eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable period may result in disqualification.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.
3. selection of winners
On or around July 28, 2026, SPINRITE LP will conduct random drawings in Toronto, Ontario from all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
For the Week 1 Prize Period (July 13, 2026 through July 19, 2026), three (3) winning Entries will be selected from all eligible Entries received during that prize period. Each selected winner will receive a different prize as described in Rule 4.
For the Week 2 Prize Period (July 20, 2026 through July 26, 2026), one (1) winning Entry will be selected from all eligible Entries received during that prize period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the applicable prize period.
SPINRITE LP or its representative will attempt to contact selected Entrants by email or telephone once per day for three (3) business days.
If a selected Entrant:
- does not respond within three (3) business days;
- is deemed ineligible;
- fails to comply with these Official Rules; or
- declines the Prize;
the Entrant may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
Prizes will be mailed within sixty (60) business days after receipt of all required documentation.
All federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
No cash substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted except that SPINRITE LP reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.
4. prizes
There will be four (4) prizes available to be won.
WEEK 1 PRIZE PERIOD
Prize #1
One (1) winner will receive a yarn bundle featuring yarn for the Interwoven Colorful Crochet Stripes Blanket Pattern, together with an additional assortment of Christmas-themed yarn colors.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $250 USD.
Prize #2
One (1) winner will receive a yarn bundle featuring yarn for the Crochet Holly Jolly Afghan Pattern, together with an additional assortment of Christmas-themed yarn colors.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $175 USD.
Prize #3
One (1) winner will receive a yarn bundle featuring yarn for the Holiday Check Knit Blanket Pattern, together with an additional assortment of Christmas-themed yarn colors.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $200 USD.
WEEK 2 PRIZE PERIOD
Prize #4
One (1) winner will receive a "Tools for Mrs. Claus" prize bundle including:
- Caydo Electric Yarn Winder Pro
- Caydo Automatic i-Cord Knitting Machine Pro
- Yarn holder for crochet accessories
- Glocusent book light
- Additional crafting tools and accessories
ARV: $215 USD
Total ARV of all prizes: $840 USD
Prizes will be awarded by SPINRITE LP in accordance with Rule 3.
Prizes have no cash value and may not be transferred, assigned, or exchanged except as expressly provided herein.
5. releases
By entering, each Entrant consents to the use of their name, photograph, likeness, voice, city, province, or state of residence for publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation where permitted by law.
Entrants release and hold harmless SPINRITE LP, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of any Prize.
By submitting an Entry, each Entrant represents and warrants that the Entry does not violate any law or infringe upon any third-party rights.
Entrants grant SPINRITE LP the right to use, edit, publish, reproduce, modify, and otherwise exploit submitted materials for promotional purposes in any media now known or later developed, without further compensation except where prohibited by law.
By entering, entrants release Facebook and Instagram from any liability relating to this Sweepstakes.
6. spinrite inc. privacy/use of personal information
- Entrants acknowledge and agree that:
- (a) personal information provided may be collected and stored by SPINRITE LP;
- (b) such information will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and, where consent is provided, to send marketing communications;
- (c) personal information may be stored or processed inside or outside Canada;
- (d) winners may have their name, likeness, city, province, or state used for publicity purposes where permitted by law; and
- (e) personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with SPINRITE LP's Privacy Policy.
- Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties except as necessary for administration of the Sweepstakes or as otherwise described in these Official Rules.
7. limitation of liability
- SPINRITE LP assumes no responsibility for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or illegible Entries.
- SPINRITE LP is not responsible for technical failures, internet interruptions, computer malfunctions, software errors, unauthorized intervention, human error, or any other circumstances that may affect participation in the Sweepstakes.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, SPINRITE LP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of any Prize.
8. warranty disclaimer
The Website, Sweepstakes, and all related materials are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
All implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, are expressly disclaimed.
All Prizes are awarded "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
9. miscellaneous
All decisions of SPINRITE LP are final and binding.
SPINRITE LP reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if it cannot be conducted as planned due to fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, force majeure events, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
If the Sweepstakes is terminated early, SPINRITE LP may select winners from eligible Entries received prior to termination.
If a dispute arises regarding the identity of an Entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used for entry will be deemed the Entrant.
For Quebec residents only:
Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling.
Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the board solely for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
10. for canadian residents only
Before being declared a winner, a selected Canadian Entrant must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a mathematical skill-testing question administered by SPINRITE LP.
Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question will result in disqualification.
11. official rules and winners list
For a copy of these Official Rules or for the names of the winners, send a request together with a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

12. for u.s. residents
By entering, Entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal, state, and local courts located in New York, New York.
