1. how to enter

The sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m.Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) on September 01, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. PST on September 21, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Every purchase made during the Sweepstakes Period will automatically result in one entry into the giveaway.

Mailed entries must be postmarked by September 21, 2025, and received no later than September 26, 2025.

All entries must be submitted manually. Use of automated systems or entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

2. eligibility

The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. states, D.C., and Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction as of September 1, 2025.

Employees of Spinrite Inc., their immediate family members (parents, siblings, children, or spouses), and household members are not eligible. Proof of eligibility may be required. Void where prohibited.

3. selection of winners

A random draw will be conducted by Spinrite Inc. on October 1, 2025, in Toronto, Ontario, to select 15 total winners from eligible entries. This date is subject to extension by 7 days if needed:

• Entries received between September 1–7, 2025 (Week 1):
  • 1 winner per day (7 total) will each receive one (1) book.
• Entries received between September 8–14, 2025 (Week 2):
  • 1 winner per day (7 total) will each receive one (1) box of yarns
• Entries received between September 15–21, 2025 (Week 3):
  • 1 winner will receive one (1) BEIS bag filled with yarns and accessories.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries. Winners will be contacted once daily for three (3) business days by email or phone. If unresponsive, ineligible, or unwilling to comply with these rules, another entrant may be selected.

4. prizes

Prizes are non-redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for other items. In case of unavailability, Spinrite Inc. will substitute a prize of equal or greater value. at Spinrite Inc.’s sole discretion.

5. releases

By entering, you consent to the use of your name, likeness, and city/province or state for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.

You release Spinrite Inc. and its affiliates from any liability arising out of participation or prize use, including personal injury, loss, or damage of any kind.

By entering, you agree to:
• Allow Spinrite Inc. to collect and use your information for sweepstakes administration and, if opted in, for marketing purposes
• Have your information stored or processed inside or outside Canada under adherence to applicable privacy laws.

7. limitation of liability

Spinrite Inc. is not responsible for:
• Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries
• Technical issues with websites, servers, or software
• Unauthorized human intervention
• Damage to your or any person’s computer from participating
• Any other error, damage, or delay arising from participation or prize acceptance

8. warranty disclaimer

All prizes are awarded “as is” without warranties of any kind. Website content is also provided “as is” and without guarantees of accuracy or reliability.

9. miscellaneous

Spinrite Inc. may cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes without notice due to fraud, technical failure, or other unforeseen issues affecting the integrity of the promotion

In the event of a dispute regarding entry ownership, the authorized account holder of the email address used will be deemed the entrant

For Quebec residents: Disputes related to the sweepstakes may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for resolution.
