Have you seen the new Patons Big Boucle? I recently got 6 gorgeous skeins in the color “Pretty Patch”, and started playing with it right away. So fluffy and warm and cushy! Since it’s a boucle yarn, I decided to just stick with garter stitch, and make a simple wrap. Using some long size 17 circular knitting needles, I cast on about 100 stitches, then started knitting every row. I like making scarves and wraps lengthwise like this, because I don’t have to turn the rows so often. Makes for a simple knit – perfect while watching Netflix, or going to knit-togethers with friends. After using up almost 4 skeins of my stash, I loosely bound off the stitches, and was very happy with my finished project – Quick, Simple, and LUSCIOUS! My new scarf can be worn lots of different ways: I want to hear about YOUR projects with Patons, Bernat, Caron, and Lily yarns. Please join me in theYarnspirations Forum. :) Featured Yarn
