This knit blanket pattern uses a dip stitch which involves knitting into a stitch several rows below the usual one, to create extended vertical lines. Designed in Bernat Baby Blanket and Bernat Baby Blanket Sparkle, combining dip stitches with slip stitches forms the starry mosaic knitting pattern. While the colorwork looks complicated, each row is worked with one color only. A built-in garter stitch border frames the pattern to complete the look. This machine wash and dry blanket is perfect for a space-themed nursery!
