Back in January of this year, we started a fun Temperature Scarf KAL/CAL making scarves, blankets, etc – using the daily temperature as our guide for choosing colors.
Some of us have chosen to make a VERY long scarf, displaying the average temp for each day.
Others have decided to make a blanket instead. Some projects are knitted. Others are crocheted.
My personal project is a blanket – mixing both crafts. I’m knitting rows to make long sections for the sides of the blanket, and crocheting squares for the center of the blanket. It’s still a work in progress
Some of our Yarnspirations Forum members have been sharing their progress all year long. Check out Laynie’s beautiful scarf!
Have you been working on your 2013 Temp project? We would love to see yours too. Come to the Forum, and tell us about it!
