Have any little ones that love tractors? Are you in need of a crocheted tractor applique? Well look no further! A neighbor of mine asked me to make matching tractor hats for her boys, a 2 month old and 2.5 year old. She wanted a hat with ear flaps but no tassels and a tractor embroidered on the side of the hat. She was able to measure each boy's head circumferences and gave me their measurements. The youngest's head circumference is 16" and the oldest's is 20". I was browsing some of Red Heart's baby/toddler crocheted hat patterns with ear flaps and came across the Patriotic Stripes Hat and this pattern just so happens to offer directions for a 16" and 20" head circumference. WINNER! Below are the directions for a 16"", 18"" and 20"" head circumference. Click here for more details on the pattern.
