This bottle cozy will add a bright spot to any diaper bag, and makes for a great, new-mom gift. Make one tonight, and take it to that office, baby shower tomorrow! Here’s how. MATERIALS 1 Ball ,Patons Classic Wool Worsted, in color (A) Natural Mix. Scraps of ,Patons Classic Wool Worsted in (B) Coral, (C) Aran & (D) Lemongrass Size U.S. H/8 (5mm) crochet hook — or size needed to obtain gauge. Tapestry Needle Baby bottle SIZE To fit standard, tall bottle. FINISHED MEASUREMENTS Length: 4 1/2″ (11.5 cm) Circumference: 7 1/2″ (19 cm) GAUGE 13 hdc x 10 rows = 4″ (10 cm) DIRECTIONS Ch 25. 1st Row: Hdc in 2nd ch from hook and in every ch to end. Turn. –24 sts. 2nd Row: Ch 2 (counts as hdc), hdc in next st and in every st to end. Turn. Repeat 2nd Row, until piece measures 4 1/2″(11.5 cm). Fasten off, leaving long tail for seaming. FINISHING Using the highlighted portion of the Garden Lattice Jumper. chart as guide and contrasting color scraps B, C, & D, cross-stitch flower onto center of piece. Seam side ends to form cylinder.
