Where the section starts with Shaping the Back of the pants. In rows 2-4-6 the pattern says to work 43-33-23 stitches and Turn, leaving the remaining stitches unworked. Then in Row 8, it says to purl all the stitches. How do I work the undone stitches?

Hi. The sts that were left unworked were still left on your needles, do not cast them off.
When you come to the 8th row you will work across those sts as well as all of the other sts. happy crafting.
