Nice design but too smallI enjoyed the pot holder project but have a couple of criticisms. First, the patterns are entirely too small. You need a pot holder that can safely cover your hand and then some. I found myself adding many more stitches.
Second, each project need a double layer to protect against hot pots. So I ended up making two of the base layer and then crocheting both of them together with the outer seams. It worked well.
These two modifications turned the pot holder from a pretty kitchen decoration into a more functional tool. Thanks.
For the 8th round on the crust of the pie, I’m having trouble getting the crust to meet. I have 2 stitches left between where I would sl st the last one and where the first one started. Can someone help?

Hi. You are at the very end of making the crust, I would make the hanging loop and join it to the first st. No one will know the difference.
