  • Error in pattern

Absolutely love the look of this pattern but I have started and ripped out now 4 times. The pattern says to knit the garter stitch on the larger needles for the back and front and not change the needles size when starting the four row pattern. The pattern then says to knit the garter stitch using the smaller needles and then switch to the larger needles when beginning the 4 row pattern for the sleeves. Shouldn't the body and the sleeves be knitted using the same size needles? The pattern also says to do a Kb into a purl stitch. Shouldn't it be into a knit stitch, maybe this should read to knit the first 2 stitches rather than just one so that the Kb is knit into a knit stitch but since there is a row of K1 P1 and if you knit into the purl stitch you take away the purl. I'm confused with this pattern and I have been knitting for over 50 years.
