**With smaller needles, cast on 83 (92-97-102) sts. Work 5 rows in garter st (knit every row), noting 1st row is WS and inc 6 sts evenly across last row. 89 (98-103-108) sts. With larger needles, proceed in stocking st until work from beg measures 16 (16-17-17) ins [40.5 (40.5-43-43) cm], ending with RS facing for next row.
Raglan shaping: Cast off 4 sts beg next 2 rows. 81 (90-95-100) sts.
Next row: K2. Sl1. K1. psso. Knit to last 4 sts. K2tog. K2.

With smaller needles and RS of work facing, K27 (30-31-34) from back st holder, K6 (8-8-8) from left sleeve st holder, pick up and knit 12 (12-14-14) sts down left front neck edge. K11 (12-11-12) sts from front st holder. Pick up and knit 12 (12-14-14) sts up right front neck edge. K6 (8-8-8) from right sleeve st holder. 74 (82-86-90) sts.
Next row: (WS). *P2. K2. Rep from * to last 2 sts. P2.
Next row: *K2. P2. Rep from * to last 2 sts. K2. Rep last 2 rows until Collar measures 7½ ins [19 cm], ending with RS facing for next row. Cast off loosely in ribbing. Sew right back raglan seam. Sew Collar seam, reversing seam for turn-back.
