With A, cast on 209 sts. Do not join.Working back and forth across needle, proceed as follows:
1st to 10th rows: With A, work in stocking st.
**11th row: With B, knit.
12th row: With B, purl.
13th row: *With MC, K1.With D, K1. Rep from * to last st.With MC, K1.
14th row: *With D, P1.With MC, P1. Rep from * to last st.With D, P1.
15th row:With C, knit.
16th row:With C, purl.
17th to 26th rows: With MC, work in stocking st.
27th row:With A, knit.
28th row:With A, purl.
29th and 30th rows: As 13th and 14th rows.
31st row:With A, knit.
32nd row: With A, purl.
33rd to 42nd rows: With B, work in stocking st.
43rd row:With C, knit.
44th row:With C, purl.
45th and 46th rows: As 13th and 14th rows.
47th row:With C, knit.
48th row: With C, purl.**
Rep last 48 rows 6 times more.
Next 10 rows:With A, work in stocking st.
Cast off.

SIDE EDGING
With RS of work facing and B, pick up and knit 217 sts along each side edge.

FINISHING
Sew 3 sides of Front and Back of Pillow tog beg and ending at fold line of Back, leaving open at buttonhole end. Fold Back inside along fold line and sew sides in position. Sew buttons to correspond to buttonholes. Insert pillow form. Close buttons.
