1st row: (RS). *K2. P2. Rep from * to last 2 sts. K2. Keeping cont of (K2. P2) ribbing, inc 1 st each end of next 23 (23-25-25-27-27) rows, taking inc sts into ribbing. 68 (68-72-72-76-76) sts.
Next row: (RS). Cast on 3 sts. Rib across these 3 sts and next 23 (23-25-25-27-27) sts. (K1. M1. K1. P2) 5 times. K1. M1. K1. Rib to end of row. 77 (77-81-81-85-85) sts.
Next row: Cast on 3 sts. Rib across these 3 sts and next 23 (23-25-25-27-27) sts. (P3. K2) 5 times. P3. Rib to end of row. Keeping cont of ribbing as established, cast on 3 sts beg next 4 rows. 92 (92-96-96-100-100) sts. Place markers at each end of last row.
Cast on 60 sts beg next 2 rows. 212 (212-216-216-220-220) sts. Work 2 rows even in ribbing.
Next row: (RS). Rib 3. *Cast off 2 sts. Rib across 12 sts (Buttonhole row). (including st on needle after cast off). Rep from * 3 times more. Cast off 2 sts. Rib to end of row.
Next row: Rib, casting on 2 sts over cast off sts. Work a further 2 rows in ribbing. Cast off in ribbing.
Sew shaped edge of Button Band and Collar in position (stretching band to fit as necessary), noting cast on edge will join across center back neck edge and placing markers at beg of front neck shaping. Sew on buttons to correspond to buttonholes.
