18 sts and 24 rows = 4" [10 cm] in stocking st.


Cast on 182 sts. Join for working in rnd placing marker on first st.
1st rnd: Purl.
2nd rnd: Knit.
3rd rnd: Purl.
Proceed in Ripple Pat as follows:
1st and 2nd rnds: Knit.
3rd and 4th rnds: *K1. yo. K5. Sl1. K2tog. psso. K5. yo. Rep from * around.
5th to 8th rnds: Rep 1st to 4th rnds once more.
9th to 11th rnds: Knit.
12th rnd: Purl.
13th rnd: Knit.
14th rnd: Purl.
These 14 rnds form pat.
Rep last 14 rnds 4 times more.
Cast off.
