GAUGE

19 sts and 25 rows = 4" [10 cm] in pat.

INSTRUCTIONS

With MC, cast on 39 sts.

1st row: (RS). With MC, K1. *P1. K1. Rep from * to end of row.
2nd row: As 1st row.
3rd row: With A, as 1st row.
4th row: K1. Purl to last st. K1.
5th row: Knit.
6th row: As 4th row.
7th and 8th rows: As 5th and 6th rows.
These 8 rows form pat.

Cont in pat until work from beg measures approx 8” [20.5 cm], ending with 2 rows of MC. Cast off.
