Abbreviations

BC = Slip next stitch onto a cable needle and leave at back of work. KB1, then P1 from cable needle.

C4B = Slip next 2 stitches onto cable needle and leave at back of work. K2, then K2 from cable needle

C4F = Slip next 2 stitches onto cable needle and leave at front of work. K2, then K2 from cable needle

FINISHING
Sew panels tog, having one Anchor Panel on each side of Center Panel and Right and Left Panels on the appropriate side.
Fringe: Cut 12 inch [30.5 cm] lengths of yarn. Taking 6 strands tog, knot into fringe on every 4th st across cast on and cast off ends.
