Contrast A White (00001) 1
Size 5 mm (U.S. H/8) crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge. Length of satin ribbon 1/8" [3 mm] wide. 6 stitch markers. Note: 1 ball each of MC and A will make 2 Dishcloths.

GAUGE

13 sc and 14 rows = 4 ins [10 cm].

INSTRUCTIONS

Note: Ch 2 at beg of each rnd does not count as dc.
With MC, ch 4. Join with sl st to first ch to form a ring.
1st rnd: Ch 2. 10 dc in ring. Join with sl st to first dc.
2nd rnd: Ch 2. 2 dc in each of next 10 dc. Join with sl st to first dc. 20 dc.
3rd rnd: Ch 2. *2 dc in next dc. 1 dc in next dc.
Rep from * around. Join with sl st to first dc. 30 dc.
4th rnd: Ch 2. *1 dc in next dc. 2 dc in each of next 2 dc. 1 dc in next dc. 1 sc in next dc. Rep from * around. Join with sl st to first dc. 42 sts.
5th rnd: Ch 2. *1 dc in next dc. 2 dc in each of next 2 dc. 1 dc in each of next 3 dc. 1 sc in next sc. Rep from * around. Join with sl st to first dc. 54 sts.
6th rnd: Ch 2. *1 dc in each of next 3 dc. 2 dc in each of next 2 dc. 1 dc in each of next 3 dc. 1 sc in next sc. Rep from * around. Join A with sl st to first dc. 66 sts.
7th rnd: With A, ch 1. 1 sc in same sp as last sl st. *2 sc in each of next 8 dc. 1 sc in next dc. 1 sc in next dc 4 rows below. Place marker on last sc. 1 sc in next dc. Rep from * around, omitting sc at end of last rep. Join with sl st to first sc. Fasten off.
Thread satin ribbon through all marked sc. Pull tightly and tie in a bow.
