With A, ch 9.
Foundation row: (WS). 1 dc in 4th ch from hook. 1 dc in each ch to end of ch. 7 sts. Ch 3. Turn.
1st row: Miss first st. 1 dc in next st and each st to end of row. Ch 3. Turn.
Rep last row once more working ch 1, turn at end of row.
Next rnd: 3 sc in first dc. 1 sc in each of next 5 dc. 3 sc in last st. 5 sc down side of Square. 3 sc in next corner loop from foundation ch. 1 sc in each of next 5 loops of foundation ch. 3 sc in next loop of foundation ch. 5 sc up side of Square. Join MC with sl st in first sc. Break A.

Assemble Squares as shown in Diagram I to form Block A.

2nd rnd: 1 sc in each sc around, working 3 sc in corner sc. Join with sl st to first sc.
3rd rnd: Ch 1.Working from left to right instead of from right to left, as usual, work 1 sc in each sc around for reverse sc. Join with sl st to first sc. Fasten off.

PILLOW A FRONT

With MC, ch 72 loosely.
Foundation row: (RS). 1 dc in 4th ch from hook. 1 dc in each ch to end of ch. 70 dc. Ch 3. Turn.
1st row: Miss first dc. 1 dc in each dc to end of row. Ch 3. Turn.
Rep last row 34 times more omitting turning ch at end of last row. Fasten off.
Join Pillow: Place wrong sides of Front and Back tog.
1st rnd: (RS). Join MC with sl st in any corner. Ch 1. 1 sc in same sp as ss.Working through both thicknesses, work 1 round of sc evenly around Pillow, working 3 sc in corners and inserting pillow form after 3 edges are complete.
2nd rnd: Ch 1.Working from left to right instead of from right to left, as usual, work 1 sc in each sc around for reverse sc. Join with sl st to first sc. Fasten off.

PILLOW B FRONT
With A, ch 15.
