Free Pattern: Remembrance Poppy

Remembrance Poppies

This November citizens of countries all over the world will be donning bright red poppies as a symbol of remembrance. Whether you're observing Remembrance Day or Veterans Day, crochet this quick poppy to give the symbol your personal touch. You can get a poppy of your own by donating at a pickup spot in your area, or crochet one yourself! Feel free to leave a donation with the veterans group of your choice as you usually do.

  • small safety pin
  • securing a pin back to the wrong side of the poppy
  • sew on with needle and thread (if you're comfortable with this option)

I love the pattern but do you have a knitted version as i dont crochet very good.

I love this pattern! I've been looking for a poppy pattern to crochet for Veteran's Day, and this one fills the need perfectly!

Thank you very much for your pattern. I will make it for sale and give that money to support the Army.
