I've already started my holiday knitting, this year's theme is hats

gloves for my sister, a hat for my BIL, and some little things for the kids.

I have already knitted some camo cowls for son, son in law and 1 grandson. Have a baby blanket to do for a great grand daughter :) expected right at first of the year. Then I hope to get some scarfs done.

I'm about ready to start on scarves & shawls ... haven't got much further in my planning than that! Would love to win some new yarn.

Hoping to get going on a crochet blanket to give my mother in law. Can't decide what colours to use!

I'm making my grandkids gifts-grandson is getting a crochet sweater with his favorite dinosaur crochet on it, and granddaughter is getting a crochet dress! both are getting new crochet hats too!

This year I am knitting small mitten sets to hang on your tree. I have about 40 sets to make. 2/3 of the way there already. Project always in my carry bag so when I have minute I work on them. Great way to use up bits f leftover yarn.

I'm going to start making quillows for everyone for next year. I don't think I have enough time for this year, but it will be a headstart for next year. :)

making lots of baby blankets for the new grandchildren that are coming this winter! last year i made scarves for all my nieces, this year was slated for hats - i was going to go with matching hats for the scarves, but i would really love to try out some of that softee chunky!

I'm actually thinking about crocheting hats and scarves for Christmas, so this would be perfect to get me started!

This year I'm making scarves for the grand-daughters, blanket, hat and booties for the new grandbaby and lots and lots of wraps, fingerless gloves, premie blankets and hats, scarves, etc. to donate to one of our local hospitals and retirement commmunities. Lots to do...good thing I start in January every year!

For several of the women in my family I've been making purses for. The babies are getting hat & blanket sets, and the football fans are getting hats, blankets, and scarves. My son has a list a mile long of things he wants me to make him.

I have some ideas for scarves with geometric shapes in rich colors. I also want to try and make some crochet slippers for my 4 kids. Also want to find a good Christams tree ornament pattern that looks great.

I am kntting a sweater for each of my 3 grandchildren, something I hope to do each year as long as I am able to knit. They will be 4, 3. and 2 at Christmas. I am half way there completing them.
